Twenty minutes, no charge
A girth tape and a standing dog beat any size chart ever printed. Come to the workshop in Oudenaarde or catch us at a market, and you leave with the number written on a card whether or not you buy anything.
Getting here
A brick unit behind the old flax shed, second gate past the bridge. Park on the verge — the yard is a turning circle for the carrier. It is twelve minutes on foot from Oudenaarde station, uphill, and the whole walk is on pavement.
Twenty minutes for one dog, thirty if it has never worn a harness. Most of that is the dog deciding the room is safe.
Nothing, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If a stock size fits, we will tell you which one and you can order it at home.
The dog, the lead you normally use, and the old harness if there is one — the wear pattern on it tells us more than any measurement.
Yes, if the size is on the shelf. Pay by card or transfer, and we set the straps before you leave. Anything we have to cut takes six working days.
Say so when you book and we will put you in the first slot of the day, when the machines are off and the yard is empty. We have fitted plenty of dogs that would not come through the door on a Saturday.
The three we fit most often. Prices are the same at the bench as they are online.
No appointment, no form, no charge. Walk in with the dog and we will have the tape out before the kettle has boiled.
